New ways on gaining reputation and lesser charms

A lot of people are pretty feed up about daily quests when it comes to reputation and lesser charms. The 5.1 patch added even more daily quests and that's we asked Ghostcrawler in our interview how does he see the reputations in the future. You can find his answer in that interview, but here is what we found out today:

The developers are currently planning to include bonus reputation that can be earned via scenarios and dungeons. It doesn't necessarily mean it'll be through tabards and in the exact same way as back in the days, but sounds close enough to what you want!

I think you guys remember the old factions, that allowed you to farm reputation through repeatable quests, dungeons and mob kills. Well, I'm guessing this is where we will be heading now.
This would be a lovely addition to the game. People who love quests will continue to do them and those who don't will be able to try something else.

But wait, there is more. Not only reputation will be affected by these future changes... You'll be able to earn lesser charms using other methods as well.

[...]the developers are planning to let you have a chance to earn Lesser Charms of Good Fortune through Pet Battles. Basically, if you win, you'll have a chance of receiving charms based on your pet level.

And if a player is below level 90, they'll get experience equal to defeating a yellow creature.

Well, I guess this is an unexpected change for everyone, but this will affect two things: pet battles and lesser charms.
I think this way pet battles will become even more popular.

There are a lot of questions about these changes since nothing is quite clear now on how or what will change, but I guess some people are going to be pretty happy about this.

What do you think? How would you like for these things to change in the future?
